QuestionHaier ESA3105 CAPACITY 10,000 BTUs I need a new remote control. Where to buy it? It is old air conditioner but works well. The problem now is the ON/OF no works because the small light is burning..I saw new models with the same remote control.

- Answer Thank you for your question! Please make sure the unit is at least a 5 degree angle facing out of the house. If it is, then remove the plug from the bottom rear of the unit to get rid of excess water. Thank you, Haier America

- Answer Very easy. Lightweight, I install and uninstall this unit all by myself. And carry it to my attic for winter storage. And I am a female. It's only like 60 pounds.
