Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. If locked, unlock the control panel by pressing and holding LOCK for 3 seconds. The lock indicator will turn OFF. Press the Cool Zone button till indicator of one of the three selections you want to set illuminates – Veg, Bev, or Meat.
