“I can’t think of a more common basic fridge item than a gallon of milk so I’m hoping I’m wrong here…. This fridge actually can’t store an upright (UPRIGHT) gallon of milk? That can’t be correct.”

Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. You might try moving the second shelf (from the top) up one level and see if you now have enough space to place a gallon container upright between the second and third shelves. If not, you will need to remove a shelf entirely to have enough space to place a gallon of milk upright or lay the milk down on it's side.
