We recommend that you have at least 2 inches of clearance behind the unit. To ensure your refrigerator works at the maximum efficiency it was designed for, you should install it in a location where there is proper air circulation, plumbing and electrical connections. Your refrigerator is not designed to operate in temperatures below 60 degrees or above 100 degrees F. Please review page 8 in your installation instructions for more information.
