Hello there - Thanks for reaching out. We hate to hear that your refrigerator isn't cooling properly and we're happy to help. If your refrigerator isn't getting cold, check the gaskets and make sure that the doors are closing and sealing properly. Opening the door frequently can also cause the unit to not cool properly. Also, not enough space between the back of the refrigerator and the wall for the air to circulate properly. Allow 2" space between the back of the refrigerator and the wall.
