I originally asked this question because the refrigerator is not on display at stores. Based on the Haier Representative's response posted here, I purchased the refrigerator and it was delivered today. The answer provided by Haier was WILDLY INCORRECT! The top two freezer drawers are NOT 7" deep - They are 3.75" deep! Essentially these drawers have 50% less capacity than claimed! I used the answer to painstakingly mock up fake drawers to determine if they would meet my needs! I asked specific questions and did my homework - and still ended up in this predicament! Customers don't have access to this model and rely on getting accurate information from Haier employees who do. Now I'm stuck with a refrigerator that isn't going to work for my specific needs. PLEASE CORRECT THIS WRONG INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY!

In the refrigerator section, the dimensions of the crisper bin are 7" H x 21 1/2" W x 14 1/2" D and the dimensions for the My Zone drawer beneath it are 7" H x 23 1/2" W x 17" D. As far as the freezer sections goes, the dimensions of the two upper freezer drawers are 7" H x 20” W x 13 1/4” D and the dimensions of the lower freezer drawer are 11 1/4" H x 19 5/8” W X 11" D.
