Hello there, Thanks for reaching out. We understand your concern and will be happy to provide some clarity! Your refrigerator has an automatic energy saver system that circulates warm liquid between the outer case and the inner case of the refrigerator to prevent condensation from building up on the outside of the refrigerator. The case can feel very warm, especially around the doors. Because the refrigerator contents are so cold, condensation from the warmer air around it can build up (just like a glass of cold water gets condensation), so the refrigerator has to be warmer than the room to evaporate the condensation. It will not harm the refrigerator or its contents. Congratulations on your new refrigerator and welcome to the Haier family! Mike@Haier
