• A:Answer Thank you for choosing Haier! We're happy to answer any questions you may have. We offer two Quad Door refrigerators, this model and the HRQ16N3BGS. Some of the features that QHE16HYPFS offers that the other doesn't are a fingerprint resistant coating, the option to add an ice maker and water filter, a climate controlled drawer, and a LED light in the freezer. Q: QuestionWhy was there a small measuring cup included with my refrigirator? Am I supposed to do something with it?

• A:Answer Mine came with the measuring cup with a pointed end tip. It also came with an ice cube tray; thus, I assume the measuring cup with the pointed end tip might be to pour water into each little section of the ice cube tray. I can't imagine any other reason as there is nothing in the fridge / freezer part that requires water from a measuring cup.

Q: QuestionWhat is the total width with doors open? The space I have is 38 inches wide, is that wide enough to accommodate?

• A:Answer Hey there – thanks for asking this question! The total width of the fridge with the doors open 90 degrees is 34 7/8”. However, while the interior drawers can be accessed and fully opened with the doors at 90 degrees, they will be prevented from being removed. Additional clearance may be needed to remove the drawers or if the adjacent wall or cabinets are deeper than the refrigerator case depth (depth without the doors). The suggested clearance from the side of the refrigerator is 17” on each obstructed side. Hopefully you found this answer helpful and let us know if you have any other questions. Take care. • A:Answer Yes, our appliances can be used in campers, recreational vehicles (RVs), semi-trucks, boats or other non-permanent locations (motor homes) and have a valid warranty as long as they are installed properly according to the installation instructions. The only exception is microwaves located in boats (i.e. house boats, yachts, etc.). They are not approved or tested for marine use.

A typical one-gallon milk jug will fit on the shelf above the drawers if the 2nd shelf is set to it’s highest position. However, the door bins are a bit too narrow for a typical-one gallon jug. Q: Questionreplacing an old built in. my space is 36 wide/84 high/24 deep. since some ventilation can come from extra space on sides and top, how far out from the 24 cabinet will be necessary?

Q: QuestionHi, I recently purchased this Haier fridge and it was delivered a couple weeks ago. The light in the freezer has never come on, does it need to be turned on or is there an energy saver feature that needs to be turned off in order for it to work?
