“There are 2 models of this fridg listed. I can not see what the difference is that would cause this to be $600 more expensive. Also, are the shelves glass? How would I be able to tell if I received the model I paid for?”

Thank you for choosing Haier! We're happy to answer any questions you may have. We offer two Quad Door refrigerators, this model and the HRQ16N3BGS. Some of the features that QHE16HYPFS offers that the other doesn't are a fingerprint resistant coating, the option to add an ice maker and water filter, a climate controlled drawer, and a LED light in the freezer. The shelves are glass and the unit will come with a rating plate with the model and serial number printed on the refrigerator itself. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - John@Haier
