If your refrigerator doors are opened too frequently, warm humid air will enter the refrigerator. Also, if you have moisture laden food placed inside like lettuce or celery, these can cause a lot of moisture. We have some additional information on our GE Appliances site under an article titled Refrigerator-Interior Moisture. We also recommend reviewing page 20 in your manual.
