Hi there, and thanks for reaching out – we appreciate your interest in our range! We’re glad to advise. The interior dimensions of this unit are 19” W x 15 3/8” H x 17 1/8” D. Regarding keeping the cooktop new looking, we can advise we’ve designed this unit to be easy to clean and maintain – it has sealed burners that contain spills, a steam cleaning option for the interior, etc. For the cooktop specifically, we have cleaning instructions on pages 16 and 17 of the manual. If you’d like to view that online, you can do so on our Haier Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product’s page. For a glass surface cooktop, ceramic cooktop cleaner should be used. Regarding removing the elements, doing so should not be necessary for the bake or broiler element. They do not need to be removed for the Steam Clean cycle. The oven temperature is indeed changed in 50 degree increments.
