• A:Answer The annual energy consumption for this model is 195 kwh. We don't have a posted energy guide for our ranges, as they are not subject to DOE (Department of Energy) requirements for energy usage. You can find more information about the Energy Star certification by visiting their website and searching this model.

• A:Answer We're happy to assist you. The size and wattage ratings for the surface burners are: Left front - 6" - 1200 watts, Left rear - 8" - 2000 watts, Right Front - 8" -2200 watts and Right Rear - 6" - 1200 watts. The Bake burner is 2700 watts and the Broil watts are 3000. -Vikki@Haier

• A:Answer Hi there, and thanks for reaching out – we appreciate your interest in our range! We’re glad to advise. The interior dimensions of this unit are 19” W x 15 3/8” H x 17 1/8” D. Regarding keeping the cooktop new looking, we can advise we’ve designed this unit to be easy to clean and maintain – it has sealed burners that contain spills, a steam cleaning option for the interior, etc. For the cooktop specifically, we have cleaning instructions on pages 16 and 17 of the manual. If you’d like to view that online, you can do so on our Haier Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product’s page. For a glass surface cooktop, ceramic cooktop cleaner should be used. Regarding removing the elements, doing so should not be necessary for the bake or broiler element. They do not need to be removed for the Steam Clean cycle. The oven temperature is indeed changed in 50 degree increments. • A:Answer Hello - The Modular Backguard (referred to as the Rear Trim in the Installation Instructions) can be installed in two different positions. The first is in the “up” position for a more traditional freestanding look. The second is the “down” position to create a slide-in look. Q: QuestionI read on a website selling this range listing the cooking elements of the cooktop as induction. Please confirm if it is induction technology or just the old radiant/coil. Would love to have induction.
