“I have one of this (HLC1700AXW). Door doesnt open after washing cycle is done or even drying cycle is done. How can I open the door. Or stop the machine any time and open its door. Thanks,”

• Hello Bob. It sounds like there could be something wrong with the unit. We recommend cleaning the button trap. If something is keeping the unit from draining well (like a clogged button trap), then the door will stay locked. If this doesn't help, service is needed.
