Hello Laylow - At the bottom right corner inside the freezer interior is a step to accommodate the compressor hardware, the interior dimensions and compressor step dimensions are below. Interior Dimensions: Length: 29.25"; Width: 26.25"; Height: 16.62". Compressor dimensions: Length: 29.25"; Width: 9.5"; Height: 8.5". - TREY@HAIER

Clearances and Ventilation Allow at least 2” (50.8 mm) clearance on both sides of the freezer and 2” (50.8 mm) between the back of the freezer and the wall.
