The overall height including the hinge cover is approximately 59.5" with the legs in the lower position (59.9" with the legs in the Mid position). The hinge cover height is approximately 0.5", so the height to the top of the case is approximately 59". We recommend that you review the "Proper Air Circulation" section on pg. 5 of the Owner's Manual to determine if your space meets the clearance requirements for this fridge.
