Hi, This is a great question. This refrigerator has a running wattage of 1,725 watts. This can be calculated by multiplying the amps (15) by the voltage (115). Appliances with compressors (ex. refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers), there is a brief surge of power when the compressor cycles on.
