- Answer What are you missing? The game is being sent out first, then you should get an email with the DLC code, then a follow on package will ship with the metal case. I only got confirmation of the case shipping the day after receiving the game.

- Answer No, that armor coloring is for your Spartan in multiplayer. You are not playing as the Master Chief in online multiplayer.
