Of course depending on the size of the bird parts. I'd say 8 to 10 wingettes or 4 or 5 whole wings. I've not done wings yet in mine but I've been able to fit 4 "Long John Silver" sized fish fillets in the fryer at a time if that helps. Looks like 5 or 6 chicken legs at a time would fit in it also.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have only put about 6-8 per batch to avoid overcrowding and dropping the temperature of the oil. Since the wings go directly on the basket too it can depend on the size of your wings.
