• Thank you for your email. We do not recommend running the appliance consistently without breaks in between processing as this will cause damage to the motor.

• It has an option to run constantly as well as just a quick whirrl. It also has multiple speeds. It is a very versitle machine that is utilized quite a bit in my kitchen.
