• Thank you for your question. This unit is great for roasting chicken, beef or pork. It will hold up to a 5 lb chicken, 3-3.5 lb beef roast or 3-3.5 lb pork roast when using rotisserie function.

• Actually I was amazed how well it did to rotisserie the chicken! It makes one 5 bound and maybe more weight of chicken and roast beef or lamb.
