See my earlier answer in this. Needle may be clogged. If you’ve cleaned everything and it still does it, you gave a lemon probably. Exchange it. When it works right, it works and works well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First check that your needle piercing thing isn’t clogged. Turn it to the left by the arrow and rinse through hole in needle side. Dry all loose parts. Machine likes cleaning after EVERY cup. Those flashes mean something. Read the manual. Like eight flashes means, if I remember, means to clean machine. That’s what my lemon one did, too. But I still couldn’t get it to work after cleaning so returned. The replacement so far seems fine. If returning follow instructions in manual in how to empty water in machine. Have extra cups ready if you overfilled it.
