“My Hamilton Beach Flex brew (single cup) coffee pot stopped working. I have tried everything for troubleshooting and it will not stay on or brew coffee. I bought this coffee pot 3 months ago. I called Hamilton Beach but was put on hold for 2 hours.”

I had the dual version of it and it did same thing after only making subpar coffee since the day we bought it. It was 5am and was needing a quick coffee to get myself going and gone, it angered me so badly and I'm obviously not fully equipped to handle "issues" before coffee, as I violently threw the whole system out the back door only owning it about 14-21 days or less. Maybe could've returned it as I still had box, but the pleasure of seeing it shatter into pieces was worth my coin and any futher trouble to even bother with junk. Hope you find a better solution than I did, or at least enjoy it's demise as much. Good luck!
