i have the flexbrew..brand new...coffee just drips out and does not empty reservoir..need is clean...what am i doing wrong? null

To empty the reservoir you have to pull the cup holder out , the prong that stabs the coffee cup is plugged . there are two holes in that prong that gets coffee grounds in the hole and will not let the water into the cup. Clean them with a good scrub brush to get the grounds out .It will work ok then . Mod. # 49983 2 Flexbrew same as the single . Hope this helps .

try restarting by plugging in again, sometimes needs to reboot
