I just got one of these for christmas and just brewed my first cup of coffee in it using the single serve side using ground coffee and not a kpod. I have had keurigs for years now and wanted something a little different, but i also noticed that once my cup was finished brewing it was "lukewarm" at best i ended up having to warm my freshly brewed cup in microwave which only warms the liquid as ive worked at starbucks in the past and i do know it takes a certain temperature degree to brew coffee to get a good cup of coffee, using keurigs i have never had this issue even when mine were only working subpar at best, im curious to know what they suggested as a fix and/or if you decided to keep the machine or go with something different?
