- Answer Thank you for your email. Cleaning instructions will be included in the Use and Care manual for this appliance. Cleaning of the appliance is not technical. The limited warranty is 5 years from the date of purchase and the appliance has a wattage rating of 160 watts. Currently we do not offer service centers.
