“How does the power interrupt feature exactly work? How long of a time span does it work when the power is interrupted? Would leaving the probe in help keep the food cooking without interruption?”

• I accidently pulled the plug while using the vacuuming with the same outlet. When I noticed it was like 10 minutes later and was like, "Oh No"! Immediately plugged it back in and started right back on time. Haven't had a long delay but was impressed with the feature when it happened.

• It will not continue cooking without power, it just keeps the timer and the temperature in a memory, for when the power comes back on
