Yup. It straps around your palm and thumb, so its not going anywhere. Even more true with gloves. I use it for SCUBA and surface swimming and it doesnt budge, even when wet.

I personally recommend a collapsible stick (AFAITH Pole for GoPro) that you can have a follow perspective. As long as you don't feel you'll be falling alot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i believe it would. i took it on a super bumpy ATV ride in the forest and didnt notice a thing. the velcro strap is pretty sturdy unless under water for a while. while boogie boarding it came off.
