• The mount itself is stationary once locked onto the post. Loosening it is pretty simple though, so you wouldn't need to remove the mount entirely to pivot the angle up or down. If you're looking for more flexibility, you could connect the Swivel Mount to this mount, which will allow you to pivot and turn the camera.
