• I am waiting for mine to arrive, but comparing them on the Best Buy website I see two main differences: - New one has the base at an angle vs. the old one that was horizontal - New one has a quick release base vs. the old one having a screw base The new one also has a bigger orange part at the bottom which could make it easier to find i guess. New Model: AFHGM-002 Best Buy SKU: 5997206 Old: Model: AFHGM-001 Best Buy SKU: 8733909
