This product was listed on sale over a week ago, that's when i ordered mine. That's probably why its sold out. However they say my package has been delayed so they still may be something suspicious going on.

Knowing that items like this too-good-to-be-true price go fast, I was curious how fast it would sell out and checked on it thru the morn hours. Some checks it would be in stock and a few minutes later it was sold out. It cycled between in stock and sold out 3 or 4 times. Also, I normally get an e-mail shortly after a purchase confirming it. This time the e-mail didn't arrive. So now I wonder if the purchase went thru. I checked my purchase history in my BB account and it is there. The next day I finally get an e-mail that the sound bar is on its way. Out of the norm for my experience with BB!!!! I have been noticing lately that BB has deal of the day items come up as sold out right when they are first posted at 1 a.m. Eastern time. Also, the item description page will say that my local store has the item in stock (mostly videos). I order the video for in store pickup and the order is confirmed for 1 hour pickup. An hour later I get an e-mail saying the store is out of the video and that I must choose another store or have it shipped. For one video I went to make the change and I wasn't able to switch to shipping or to another "near by store." I went to my local store to see what is going on. The nice customer service person checked the computer and the inventory said 0. Since I was at the store, I went to check for other videos I might want and found 5 of the video I ordered on the shelf! I took one back to the service counter and got it taken care of with no problem. I seems that the live inventory system has been a big problem for BB of late.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You're absolutely correct. There's no way they stole our of these that fast. I get a text notification of the best buy, buy of the day. I opened this at 9 a.m. cut. And it was already starting sold out. No way. Shenanigans is an understatement.
