“My friend game me this model. I have no directions with it other than the foldout which is of no help. What do all the lites mean? How do I know it is charging. Also, I have yet to find the right way to get the Bluetooth activated. Help!”

Well, the blue light on the front means you are streaming Bluetooth music. When that same light is white, it means you are in phone mode. In terms of charge indicators, there are 5 white lights that correspond to the charge level. When all 5 kites are on, the device is fully charged. To activate BT, simply push the phone button on the top and it will pair. In future, it will automatically pair to that device. That's the best I can do from memory. Hope it helps.

Try to sync your blue tooth now. If it connects than insert to player. Charging is indicated also when it's plugged in to a charger and in the on position with the blue flashing light. However there is no full charge indicator. A lot yourself at least 45 min. For charge . plus side is it will last 4 + hours . the device will activate itself when you go to play a tape . when not in use just eject it.

The white lights on the left egde of the speaker indicate the battery level or the the charging status while attached to the USB cable and a computer or wall charger. The blue light in the upper front center of the speaker indicates that the unit is turned on (white) blue flashing when it is looking for a bluetooth source to lock onto and solid blue when it is locked onto a bluetooth source .
