Can I play music off of a USB card? null

You have to be connected via bluetooth on the device you will be connecting the flash drive to.

Yes you can if you have music playing software which comes with windows and you can play with android system also.

A USB card won't help you connect to a Bluetooth speaker. You just need a Bluetooth enabled PC to drive your Bluetooth speakers

Not on the device itself , but on what you sync to it if capable...I.e. If your cell phone or tablet can read and play the usb device . or if your usb is blue tooth adaptable. It plays through that to the cassette player
