Michael, if i was you i'll try to use to swap the power supply for your Harman Kardon since i don't think the unit it self is faulty. If that doesn't work for you, call HK customer service and they will help u further. Thanks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used mine through several very short cycles and have determined battery life is terrible. Holds a charge, but goes through it VERY quickly. Worst life of any rechargeable device I've ever owned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you're still under warranty, take it back to Best buy. From there they should be able to replace your device, with a new device. Or their first option will to be to leave it with the Geek squad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would suggest contacting the manufacturer directly. No one knows a product better than the company that built it. Harmon Kardon support team can best assist you with the problem. I personal own 5 of these speakers and have never had a problem of any kind.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would think that this is a question that should be answered by a person with a working knowledge of batteries or the manufacture. But it does sound like your battery pack is faulty. If it charges and then drains I guess it could be a ground/short but no matter it will require help from someone with the skill to fix. Good luck
