“I have the onyx studio 4 when you are playing music you hear a popping noise coming out of the speaker I don’t know why it’s started this hopefully you can help me out plus when I bought this item I did buy the 2 year warranty”

I have same speaker my doesn't do that it all. You have the warranty so take it back. Because I love my speaker.
