• Paring with Amazon products is a challenge. I did it by finally calling/asking for help on their support line. Good newsL They walked me through it, step by step. Bad news - it required signing out and signing back into to my Amazon account multiple times and looking in the options settings to add new device. None of it was easy or intuitive. In fact, I can’t remember all the steps to tell you here. Just that I finally got it connected but it took calling support to do it. It did however connect to my Apple TV in like 5 seconds with no problem.
