This is a pretty small size game with a small screen. We had been searching for one for 2 years and this was the only one we had found and it was a Christmas present for a family member. I know they had previously made larger screens and buttons but we were unsuccessful. I believe I could be operated by a person who is in their 90's with arthritis. My only concern is the larger hands this may prove to be a problem.
