• If the volt and wattage is the same you can use. European outlet. Be sure you check which country as not all European countries have the same power grid and outlets. We use this in Sweden by using a simple outlet converter from Amazon and plug the US prongs into the converter and the converter into the Swedish outlet. Fully functional.

• Not without an adapter. It only comes with a 120v Type A plug. .
