Q: QuestionHow much maintenance is required for these hearing aids (cleaning, battery replacement etc.) ?

- A:Answer Hi there! Great question. These have rechargeable Li-ion batteries, so no battery replacement is necessary. The other maintenance should consist of regular cleaning of earwax buildup. A cleaning tool is provided with a cleaning wire to keep the thin-tubes clear of wax and to brush any buildup from the domes and hearing aid body. Domes and thin tubes should be replaced when they become old, clogged, or brittle. Our customers find that our branded cleaning wipes make cleaning any buildup a breeze.

Q: QuestionDoes this recharger plug into a regular household outlet? If not, how does it recharge?

- A:Answer Hi Kathy! The charging cradle plugs into a standard US 120-volt outlet. The cradle comes with a micro-USB cable and USB AC adaptor. Thanks!

- A:Answer The HA-302 model does not have Bluetooth streaming capability; however, other products in our catalog have Bluetooth streaming functionalities. The models with Bluetooth streaming are the STREAM and the CONNECT. -Cameron
