how does this stick to the helmet? null

It sticks to helmets well, I have thus on both my full face and half shell helmet and no issues (downhill mountain bike)

It uses double sided sticky tape.Make sure your helmet is clean and then just peel and stick.Its pretty strong.

The mount is bolted onto the helmet.
