- Answer THE UNIT IS 150 POUNDS IN WEIGHT. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO INSTALL THOSE PLASTIC SLIDERS THEY SELL TO MOVE HEAVY FURNITURE UNDER EACH CORNER OF THE CABINET. I DID NOT DO IT TO MINE AT THE TIME. I DID NOT THINK OF IT AT THE TIME. NOW THEY ARE INSTALLED AND IT SLIDES EASILY.
