Not sure if it will let me send a link but I google it and this is the steps listed: First turn off your tablet. Press and hold the Power button until the tablet turns off. Press and hold Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time for 5-8 seconds. You will see a Recovery menu.Select wipe data/factory reset. (Volume buttons to go up or down, select with Power button) Select Yes — delete all user data. Finally, select Reboot system now.
