QuestionIs the keyboard wireless?Can you use the keyboard remotely or does it have to be attatched?

- Answer The keyboard is embedded into the case. The keyboard is Bluetooth, and there is no wire. You just need to pair it to the tablet and it will work wireless. It charges via a usb cable that comes with the tablet. Usually I will slip the tablet into the case, stand it up and then start typing. The keyboard has an off/on switch to turn the keyboard on and off to conserve the keyboards battery life.

- Answer This tablet is NOT Adobe Flash compatible, however this is a capability related to the Android OS. Any videos available online through an Android OS today are in HTML5 format and this can be played/viewed with this tablet. Yes you can play Candy Crush & Stream online videos as well. As this tablet is Google Certified, you can download lots of cool apps from the Google Play Store and get connected to watch videos.

- Answer The Hipstreet Phoenix 10" tablet can charge with either a standard Micro USB or 5V 2A pin barrel charger, but you will get a faster recharge with the 5V charger. For charging the keyboard, there is a standard USB cable provided to allow charging when connected to a USB port like that of your computer. A user can also use a standard Micro USB charger to recharge the keyboard.

- Answer You have to pair the keyboard to the tablet, you have to go into the settings and enable bluetooth, then turn on the keyboard and press connect. It should show up on the tablets screen as a device. You will then need to pair it with the tablet, I believe it asks you to type in a sequence of characters and then it will be paired with the keyboard each time you turn it on (assuming you leave bluetooth enabled).

- Answer 6000 mAh stand for Milla amp hoursthis is a good size battery for tablets it should give you 4-6 hours use.

- Answer It has a stand that's like a photo frame, it slides out and it will stand up on its own. It's a pretty nice case, has a cut out for the camera too so you don't have to take it out of the case to snap a picture (not that it takes the best quality pictures in the world). But it's cheap so I didn't expect much on that end.

QuestionHello, I have this model Hipstreet tablet. It is currently running Android version 4.4.2. I use it mainly to watch movies and I have noticed that it cannot read .avi, x-vid or .mkv files. Can thiis tablet use VLC or another app to read these files?

- Answer The tablet can run Adobe Reader for Android, however there is no Adobe Acrobat (full version) for Android. There is an add-on pack from Adobe which can purchased through the Google Play Store to enable PDF creation feature with the Adobe Reader for Android app.

- Answer the tablet comes with 1 year from manufacturer. i was able to get in store and had in stock. they have 2 return areas in email they sent me if there is a problem, Canada and the UK. so if outside those areas could be little costly to send for repair
