“Has anyone had any luck getting the over-the-air program guide to work? We're getting nothing but "No program info" in the guide even though the info does display when you tune in to an individual channel.”

I know you paid for the 'Smart' features, but their interface will frustrate you. I would suggest that you recheck your wifi connection password in Settings if you still want the myriads of channels.
