Yes, you can hook up a regular HD antenna to this TV and get whatever local stations your antenna can pick up. You can't utilize Roku without an internet connection. The set up will walk you through how to add channels and such once you have a connection.

Once the channel scan is completely and you have found the available channels you would use the up and down arrows to navigate through the different channels.
