- Answer Hello, and thank you for your interest in the Hisense H5500! The TV guide feature is a feature of the cable broadcast system you use, so if you are using local channels via an antenna, it will not display a TV Guide.

- Answer Depends on what you want. I would NOT game on this with a PS4 PRO edition, but if you're asking if it looks good even in 720p with a decent frame rate, yeah its fine.

QuestionCan it mirror from PC or play video from shared network folder?

- Answer You can mirror the pc through HDMI. If you have a smart phone connected to your network you can cast from the phone to the tv. I doubt this TV can connect directly to file storage. It is bluetooth enabled so theoretically the potential is there to cast from a PC to the tv wirelessly provided there is an application to support it. I know I can emulate my cell phone on my PC via bluetooth.

- Answer Nick! Heck Yeah! The Hisense H5500 is an Android TV, which not only has the full Android TV app store, including Netflix, but it has Chromecast built-in, which will allow you to cast what you are watching on your phone, whether it be Netflix, YouTube or many others! Binge away!

QuestionI see the AT&T TV APP in the app store for google play but I do not see it show up on the TV when searching for apps. In the App store it says non compatible device when searching on my PC. This this correct or should i be able to download this App?

QuestionMy hisense tv wont turn on anymore. Whenever I press the power button, the tvs logo comes on but then shuts off seconds later. Unplugging the tv for 60 seconds hasn't helped.

QuestionCould someone tell me how you can view pictures and movies from a flash drive in the USB port on this TV? I've looked in the manual and all over the Internet but haven't found anything close to making this work?

- Answer I just got one (Black Friday 2019) and it most certainly come with a remote. In fact there are no button on the set that I could find, you need the included remote to do anything including turning it on.
