Can I buy this at the physical Best Buy store? null

That's where I bought mine. Add it to your cart and on checkout you can select to pick up in store and it will show which stores have it available.

I bought this online, but had to exchange it at the store, so I would say yes you can buy it in the store.

Yes, tv is ok, only problem since buying it on a dark picture upper center you can see a white halo, approximately 6" x3" oblong area. It only appears on dark picture. When the scene is bright it cannot not be seen. Would not recommend this tv, but you get what you pay for.
