“I can't get a full screen picture, when on cable. How do get it to use the full screen? I have tried to adjust picture settings, but no luck.”

• Use the Roku remote. Press the * on the upper right. It will bring up a menu on ur tv. The 2nd down is "Picture Mode". From there, you can zoom, squeeze, strecth, ect. Whatever you desire. From that menu, you can also change sound prefences.

• You have to adjust The size on your cable box too. There a setting on the cable box for picture size in settings.

• On the hisense remote, press the aspect button. This will enlarge the picture. Might have to play with the aspect ratio on tv and additional cable box
