Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if you can't get through to the Hisense Customer Service check with Best Buy to make sure you have the right number. I would also type in the tv name, model number and manual online if the answer isn't in the manual you got. You may even be able to get it from the Hisense website. According to a website it does have Amazon and Hulu. Make sure you have the internet because if you don't then the smart feature is almost useless. You should be able to plug an ethernet cable from your box into the back of the tv then set up the smart feature but again you have to be getting the internet. The tv should show you a step by step setup screen. It should give you a list of apps when you set it up. You click on the apps you want and they are saved. I know a lot of people don't like to use manuals but sometimes you have to.
