This is a response to the Answer from the Hisense product expert in quotes. "Hi there! The HDR firmware is released today (5/2/2017). Please check your TV for available update. If you wish to receive a copy of the update by email, please call us at 1-888-935-8880." Not seeing any firmware update on my TV at all. Where is the update?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I called Hisense and also did an online chat. They told me that there will be no update to HDR for this model. They said that they were reaching out to marketing to correct this info on Bestbuy site and Facebook.
