• You can use those apps on this TV or you can plug in Chromecast. I have Chromecast Ultra and it works great.

• You shouldn't need to download a separate app or get a Chromecast HDMI stick. The TV already has native casting capabilities (although they call it Cast Anywhere or something like that), but should work with Android AFAIK.
